MaheshBabu interacts with Media for BharatAneNenu Promotions

Superstar Mahesh Babu is back from his Europe trip. Soon after landing in Hyderabad from short vacation, the star of 'Bharat Ane Nenu' began promotions. On Wednesday, he interacted with web and print media journalists.'Bharat Ane Nenu' is a political thriller and Mahesh Babu has played the role of a Chief Minister, a political leader with idealistic attitude and a man of values. Some of his family members are also active in Andhra politics. However, Mahesh Babu reiterated that he stays away from politics in life.

"I will never enter into political arena. Politics is not cup of my tea. I will rather do social service in my own way. There is no need to contest elections to do social service," he stated. Mahesh Babu also said that subject of 'Bharat Ane Nenu' deals with some topical issues but it doesn't criticize or support any excising party. The subject deals with current politics in general, he added.'Bharat Ane Nenu' has made him teaming up with director Koratala Siva who made record-breaking blockbuster 'Srimanthudu' with the star earlier."Siva has a different approach in dealing the stories. He infuses message beautifully with all the commercial ingredients," he praised the director.

Talking about the movie's lengthy run time, Mahesh Babu added: "We actually had footage on editing table that can be made into two movies. But we brought it to 170 minutes".
