I didn’t know that Prabhudheva sir was choreographing my song Says Sayyesha

Sayyeshaa will be making her Kollywood debut with the film ‘Vanamagan’ where she will share screen space with superstar Jayam Ravi. The actress started working in the Tollywood industry and then moved to Bollywood with Ajay Devgn’s ‘Shivaay’. Sayyeshaa recently sat down with Deccan Chronicle and spoke about her upcoming Kollywood film.


The actress revealed that she plays the role of a modern girl from an affluent family, named Kavya. The film is about her meeting a tribal man played by Ravi and how their two worlds collide. The flick has been directed by A.L. Vijay whom she thanked, for the opportunity to play a strong character.


Talking about the songs and dances in the film, Sayyeshaa shared, “I am trained in classical and various styles of dancing right from my childhood. Initially, I didn’t know that Prabhudheva sir was choreographing my song. When many told me that he is a tough taskmaster, I didn’t feel the pressure, as I am passionate about dance!”.


She also praised director Vijay and said that he is very friendly and working with him was an enriching experience.
