Sayesha Saigal buying a New house in Hyderabad ?

Hyderabad July 11 : One should have several qualifications to achieve good offers as a Tollywood heroine.  Producers used to consider many points to finalise as a heroine till now.. the latest addition to those qualifications is to stay in Hyderabad to be available.  If the heroine has a house in Hyderabad, they will be available.. and expenses will be reduced.  

Heroines like Rakul Preet Singh.. Raashi Khanna have understood this secret and they have capitalised on it.  Now, another beauty has understood the secret.  Sayesha Saigal who debuted into film industry with 'Akhil' is buying a house in Hyderabad now.  She has been looking planning to buy a property here for long time.  She got a good offer recently and bought a house.  Interestingly Samantha used to stay in the same house in the past.  

Sayesha has recently debuted into Kollywood with Jayam Ravi starrer 'Vanamagan'.   She is working on another Tamil film 'Karuppu Raja Vellai Raja'.  Sayesha is saying that some Telugu films are in discussion stage and she will reveal her new project soon
