Nithiin’s upcoming film Chal Mohan Ranga will have music composed by Thaman SS who is on a roll this year. With hits like Bhaagamathie and Tholi Prema to his credit, Thaman has given impressive sound tracks for Chal Mohan Ranga which is experienced in the first three singles released by the makers. The latest song from Chal Mohan Ranga – Pedda Puli – was recently released by the makers which has now become a celebratory anthem in the state of Telangana. The song is an adaptation of Telangana folk number Pedda Puli and Thaman has recreated the song in his own style, impressing fans of Telugu movie buffs. Pedda Puli has become a viral song now and is being crooned by fans across the Telugu states. And to make it more special, international pop star Akon recently watched the song Pedda Puli and wished the entire team of Chal Mohan Ranga a good luck for the release. Actor Nithiin posted a video on his Twitter handle in which Akon is seen watching Pedda Puli song and wishing the makers good luck for the release. This, probably, is the first time an international star is recognising a Telugu song which makes it more special for actor Nithiin.

Chal Mohan Ranga stars Nithiin and Megha Akash in the lead role, and is being directed by Kalyan Krishna. The film is being produced by Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram Srinivas jointly, which will be their first time as producers. The makers have already released two singles from Chal Mohan Ranga – Gha Gha Megha and Vaaram – and both of them have already become hit numbers. Thaman seems to be on a roll in 2018 and kickstarted the year with impressive background scores in Bhaagamathie starring Anushka Shetty in the lead. Post Bhaagamathie, Thaman grabbed the limelight again with soothing numbers in Tholi Prema which starred Varun Tej and Raashi Khanna in the lead roles. And with appreciation coming from an international star like Akon, this will make it more special for Thaman.
