MadhuriDixit,Rekha Are All Praises For Rani Mukerji�s Performance In Hichki

The makers of Rani Mukerji’s upcoming film, Hichki, held a special screening at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai on Thursday night. Filmmakers and several actors such as Madhuri Dixit, Rekha, Sushmita Sen, Anil Kapoor, Karan Johar, Tusshar Kapoor, Avinash Gowariker, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, among others, were spotted at the screening. The film seems to have impressed most of them as they all took to their social media handle to share their experience watching the film.

Helmed by Siddharth P Malhotra, Hichki stars Rani Mukerji as an inspiring and self-motivated school teacher named Naina Mathur, who suffers from Tourrete syndrome. The film is based on Cohen’s autobiography ‘Front of the Class : How Tourette Syndrome Made Me the Teacher I Never Had’. In the film, Rani’s story mirrors the life of Cohen, a respected and popular motivational speaker and teacher from the United States. Bankrolled by Maneesh Sharma under the Yash Raj Films banner, Rani’s Hichki is slated to hit big screens on March 23.
