I never thought of myself as a glamorous girl : Nia Sharma

Nia Sharma was highly appreciated for her performance in Twisted season 1 and that's why the makers have planned on coming up with season 2. In an interview with a leading entertainment portal, she said, "Twisted 1 came as a game changer for me since it was my move from television to web. Also I was seen in a completely changed avatar which was tough for me as well. I never thought of myself as a glamorous girl or that I’d ever pull of a character like Aliyah mukherjee. But it gave me a lot of confidence after it released. "

 "Now with Twisted 2 , I feel more confident, more glamours, more experimental in terms of Aliyah’s looks and I’m extremely elated that the story also is so much more deep and impactful than last time... this is a series and a character that will not be written for me each time I go out to find projects. So I’m going to give it my all," added Nia.  

She also appeared last year on Khatron Ke Khiladi. Earlier in an exclusive interview with Nia Sharma, we had asked her about Khatron Ke Khiladi, and on being a finalist. Nia had said, "The best part is that the episode where I became the finalist aired on my birthday.. what could have been better than this. I started to laugh and said to myself that It's my birthday today and the same episode is airing. When I was shooting for it I had no clue it would air on my birthday. It was such a treat to watch myself becoming the first finalist on my birthday. Everybody from my building right from the kids to the older people came to congratulate me and bless me. I just have one thing to say, It's not the fight of the dog in the fight, it's the fight of the fight in the dog."

 Last year Nia Sharma was ranked on the second spot as the sexiest Asian woman. She has beaten almost all leading ladies of Bollywood from Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif to Shraddha Kapoor. 

About the same, she had said in an interview, "But seeing my name next to her (Priyanka) in the list is no less a dream and struck me with a frenzied happiness... I owe my fans this joy and want to share it with them despite not being able to digest the development."
