Vijay Devarakonda turns as a 'Hero'

Tollywood heartthrob Vijay Devarakonda is on a roll these days. He has his platter full with a bunch of projects lined up for the next couple of years. Having wrapped up Dear Comrade in the direction of Bharat Kamma, Vijay has signed yet another film under the production of Mythri Movie Makers.

According to the latest reports, the film has been officially titled as 'Hero' and the regular shooting will commence from April 22nd in New Delhi. It is also announced that Hero is the common title for all four languages in South. The Arjun Reddy actor’s popularity has increased by leaps and bounds beyond Telugu states and this is the reason why his upcoming films are releasing in multiple languages. Dear Comrade is also going to release in four languages.

Hero will be directed by Anand Annamalai and it also marks the reunion of Arjun Reddy actress Shalini Pandey with Vijay Devarakonda. Malavika Mohanan will play the second female lead.
