Tabu to play mother to Nagarjuna's son Akhil Akkineni

The actress is set to play mother to Nagarjuna's son Akhil Akkineni in an untitled Telugu film being produced by the South star himself.
Tabu and Nagarjuna's alleged romance was quite popular few years ago, the relationship eventually ended because of Nagarjuna's unwillingness to commit and some of the recent reports suggest that they are still in touch with each other.
According to reports, Tabu was approached for the project a few months ago and after going through the script, she immediately gave her nod.
